- The Activities will take place at designated venues (the “Activity Venue”) as specified by the Activity specific terms and conditions.
- Nokia Entertainment Cards are valid up until and including 30/11/10 at participating Activity Venues as listed on www.nokiaentertainment.co.uk. This offer is strictly subject to public availability and will not be accepted at special events/days that the Activity Venue may be holding. Please check availability of the Nokia Entertainment offer on Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, School Holidays, New Year’s Eve, the Christmas period and its build up and any other special days as these may be excluded
- The Activity Venue will only accept participants, and their companion, redeeming a Nokia Entertainment Buy One Get One Free activity, who are both aged 18 years and over.
- The Activity Venue may request appropriate photographic identification from those participants, and their companion redeeming a Nokia Entertainment Offer. The Activity Venue reserves the right to refuse to accept a Nokia Entertainment Card if the participants, or their companion, redeeming the offer cannot provide satisfactory photographic identification if required.
- This offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher, offer or concession rate offered by the Activity Venues e.g. group rates or other special offers.
- When contacting an Activity Venue, please state in advance that you are in possession of a Nokia Entertainment Card. Where reservations are required, these must be made in advance and are subject to availability at the Activity Venue
- Some offers may require a voucher to be printed and produced alongside a valid Nokia Entertainment Card (this is clearly defined in the offer details for each destination which can be viewed at www.nokiaentertainment.co.uk). Printable vouchers are available from www.nokiaentertainment.co.uk once you have received your Nokia Entertainment Card
- The Activity Venue(s) reserve the right to refuse damaged or defaced Nokia Entertainment Cards.
- The Activity Venue(s) reserve the right to refuse admission where these Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to and the Promoter will make no reimbursement to owners of Nokia Entertainment Cards that are refused admission for any reason to take part in any activity.
- The Activity Venue will not allow participants who, in the Activity Venue’s sole opinion, appear to be under the influence of alcohol to redeem their Voucher/ participate in the Activity.
- All information and prices detailed on www.nokiaentertainment.co.uk are subject to change throughout the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or alter the promotion as necessary without prior notification throughout the promotion, due to unforeseen circumstances or to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.
- Individuals taking part in the promotion contract directly with the partner and/or Activity Venue and as such take part in activities at their own risk. Your use of the Nokia Entertainment Card is solely at your own risk and subject to the law of England and Wales as well as any terms and conditions notified to you at the time you access the Nokia Entertainment website. Telefonica O2 UK Limited (“O2”) shall have no responsibility for any services obtained by you when using the Nokia Entertainment card (“the card”). O2 will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you using the Nokia Entertainment Card services. O2 will not be a party to or in any way responsible for any services provided when using the Nokia Entertainment card.
- The Promoter accepts no liability for lost or stolen Nokia Entertainment Cards and will not be held liable for any fraud committed by a third party nor in any event beyond its control.
- There is no cash alternative in lieu of the Nokia Entertainment Card. Exchange and re-sale of Nokia Entertainment Card is strictly prohibited.
- No alcohol will be available for consumption during the Activity.
- Participants may be required to take part in related publicity.
- The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
